Bombay HC for 'immediate' rehab of long-stay patients in Maharashtra's mental hospitals

The Bombay high court has directed the State Mental Health Authority (SMHA) to prepare a priority list for immediate rehabilitation of patients who are in the state’s four mental hospitals since over a decade. It also sought an action plan in respect of 94 disabled patients among them.
