    KDMC commissioner imposes Rs 50,000 fine on road contractor for violating instructions

    The Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC) took strict action against a road contractor after finding that their staff were not following the proper instructions while filling potholes. KDMC commissioner Bhausaheb Dangde fined the contractor Rs 50,000 for their negligence in carrying out the assigned work.
