बांग्लादेशी जल्लाद भुइयां को 32 साल के बाद जेल से रिहा कर दिया गया है। भुइयां ने शेख मुजीबुर रहमान के हत्यारों सहित 26 दोषियों और युद्ध अपराधियों को फांसी दी थी। उसे 1991 में डकैती के मामले में 42 साल की जेल हुई थी, हालांकि जल्लाद बनने के बाद उसकी सजा को माफ कर दिया गया।
