A team of Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) officials from Dhanbad caught Nawadih block development officer (BDO) Prabhash Chandra Das "red-handed" while taking a bribe of Rs 20,000 from a public distribution system (PDS) shop owner to revoke her suspended shop licence.
