Covid-19: Data ‘update’ takes Maharashtra’s daily recoveries to 32,000; drop in cases

Maharashtra reported a nearly 24% decline in new Covid-19 cases compared to Sunday and added a total of 15,738 fresh cases, the lowest daily surge this month so far. Similarly, after adding over 2,000 cases for five days in a row, the city too recorded a decline in cases, adding 1,837 cases on Monday. The total caseload of the state and city stands at 12,24,380 and 1,86,276 respectively.
