    Delhi riots: Cops invoke UAPA against two

    A separate FIR has been filed by Special Cell of Delhi Police to probe the “larger conspiracy” behind the riots in northeast Delhi. Police have invoked the stringent Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA), apart from IPC sections on criminal conspiracy and sedition.
