    Thane: Premature baby found dumped inside bin, alive

    Locals found a premature baby wrapped in plastic in a dustbin near Century Rayon grounds in Ulhasnagar around 10am on Wednesday. Social workers took the boy to Central Hospital and informed the police, who filed a case.
