Central Delhi a fortress before PM's rally

Central Delhi will virtually turn into a fortress on Sunday as more than one lakh people are expected at the BJP rally to be addressed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Police sources disclosed that the vicinity around Ramlila Maidan, the venue of the rally, would divided into a dozen zones that would be manned by cops from Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces.
