A signalling snag disrupted Gurugram-Delhi train services on the busy Yellow Line for three hours on Monday evening when passenger traffic was at its peak, leaving thousands of people stranded outside stations. As traffic pressure spilled to roads, commuters were in for a double whammy because a spell of rainfall led to severe waterlogging at Narsinghpur, choking NH8 and other Gurugram roads.
