The Congress has begun the process of identifying suitable candidates for all 70 seats as the Delhi assembly elections near. Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC) president Sheila Dikshit said the party has decided to seek three names from each assembly segment as potential candidates, one of whom must be a woman.
