The power of democracy was visible today amid the second phase of polling when NDTV spotted a differently-abled man defying all odds to arrive at a polling centre in Tamil Nadu to cast his vote. The images of the man reaching up to the polling booth in Chennai truly shows the empowerment that voting rights can bestow upon people.
