A speeding train ran over a crowd watching fireworks during Dussehra celebrations in Amritsar on Friday evening, killing 61 people and injuring dozens more. Chief minister Amarinder Singh visited Amandeep Hospital in Amritsar on Saturday where the injured have been admitted.
