The rift between the ruling PDP and ally BJP in Jammu and Kashmir is showing once again following the Central government's decision to resume anti-terror operations in the state after Ramzan. The BJP chief, Amit Shah, has called its state ministers to New Delhi to discuss the issue, sources said.
